Branch Manager - Geraldton Midwest & Gascoyne Region

Chenay is responsible for the Geraldton Midwest & Gascoyne Region, overseeing all operations, services, and client management of the region. Chenay holds accountability in managing the alignment between organisational resources and the needs to fulfill business growth and direction, as well as guarantee a high standard of safety, quality, and meaningful culture. Chenay has been with Oaks since the business commencement in 2020 and has a comprehensive understanding of the business operation having played a large role in developing the pivotal structures of the company.

Chenay has over 8 years’ experience in corporate services coordination, including human resources, business strategy and finance management as well as managing key stakeholder relationships. Chenay holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Double Major of Human Resources and Industrial Relations as well as completed traffic management and construction accredited training to understand our industry.

    

Kristen Nelson
Branch Manager - Perth Metropolitan Region

Our Perth Metropolitan Region Branch Manager, Kristen Nelson; is responsible for the overall management of our Perth Branch. Kristen specialises in personnel resource management, client resource planning, stakeholder management and workforce development & training. Kristen has been with Oaks for two years, and brings 20 years professional experience in workforce development and designing and implementing pre-employment programmes.

Kristen has built the Oaks Workforce Development and Training Pre-employment training program to re-shape the way individuals enter the traffic management and civil construction industry to develop more meaningful employment opportunities for our community.

Kristen is a strong leader within the local community and strives to relay the message knowledge is power and the transfer of knowledge from one to another is the essence of empowerment.

       

Simon Jones
Operations Manager

Our Operations Manager, Simon Jones is principally responsible for the end-to-end management of operations, business development and workforce coordination across the traffic management and civil construction division of the business. Simon is tasked with strategically planning and executing measures of continuous improvement to support the growth of the business and guarantee the quality of services outlaid.

Simon commenced with Oaks in 2021, and has played a enormous role in establishing Traffic Management service operations for the Perth Metropolitan region. Simon has built a workforce of over 80 controllers and strategically coordinates resources over a 24-hour service period to provide quality services to a wide range of Traffic clients.
