Application Process

     

Oaks Civil Construction will endeavor to action all position applications as promptly as possible. Following an application submission, Oaks Civil Construction’s workforce development manager will make contact and commence the following process:

1. Application receival and acknowledgement
2. Initial contact for pre-liminary phone screen, candidate will be requested to provide proof of selection criteria
3. Booking of face-to-face interview confirmed
4. Interview and application forms
5. License checks and reference checking
6. Candidate notified of successful application
7. On-boarding documentation and Oak’s induction
8. Introduction to supervisor
9. Client specific and site-specific inductions for rostered projects
10. Successful completion of on-boarding, employee added to staff list
11. Employee paired with Crew leader for first shift
